Tsvangirai Arrested, Then Released

MDC leader Morgan Tsvangirai was arrested today while campaigning in Zimbabwe and then released eight hours later.

Imagine if Bush had had John Kerry arrested after speaking at a rally during the 2004 campaign. That's what happen in Zimbabwe today.

Of course, in the past, Tsvangirai has been badly beaten, almost thrown out of a ten story window, and threatened with assassination by snipers; so, this wasn't so bad.

It just shows what the opposition is up against in the run up to the July 27th election.
