Obama and McCain Sign on to PEPFAR Bill

Kudos to Sens. McCain and Obama for (finally) cosponsoring the PEPFAR bill that is being stalled in the Senate by Sen. Tom Coburn and his merry band of fellow nutjob Senators. A little late to the party but still welcome.
