Things Keep Getting Worse

The Mugabe crackdown in preparation to steal a run off election (or just finish stealing the original one) continues as the Zimbabwean police have banned political rallies. That says free and fair elections, don't it? In response to the continued delay in the release of the election results, the MDC has called for a general strike across Zimbabwe. Oh, and Mugabe will not be attending the emergency regional summit to attempt to resolve the electoral crisis. Considering that the ostensible point of the summit was to pressure Mugabe to accept the loss, this is a bad sign.
