Chinese Arms for Mugabe Update

It looks like the Chinese ship, An Yue Jiang, that is carrying a shipment of weapons to Zimbabwe, will not have enough fuel to make it to Angola. The South African government is being urged to seize the ship when it comes to port for more fuel. We will see...
