National Women & Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

Tomorrow, March 10th, is the second annual National Women & Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. This is a day that has been set aside to help raise awareness of HIV/AIDS among women and girls. More men than women are infected with HIV but the gap is rapidly shrinking and women need to be aware of the high risk behaviors that can result in HIV infection and how to protect themselves.
