New Electric Car from GM
| Sometime in the next 5 years. The Chevy Volt can go 40 miles on a single charge and has a gasoline engine to re-charge the battery that gets 50 mpg. The car can also run on E85 ethanol. Nice. None of that hydrogen fuel-cell crap. Its about damn time GM. Now hurry the hell up and get it to market. |

Actually, according to "The Simpsons", its the Stonecutters who "hold back the electric car" in addition to making "Steve Gutenberg a star".
Both of those tasks seems to have been neglected of late.
