Plane Hits Building in NYC: Update

A small plane has it a residential building in Manhattan. The pictures on CNN don't look great but damage looks relatively minimal. Chances seem low that this is a terrorist attack. It is relatively small scale if it is. Update: CNN is reporting that officials are treating this incident as an accident but NORAD has scrambled Air Defense forces over several US cities as a precaution.
